This hoop is nice quality and great for adults! Very soft and extremely easy to assemble. The pieces snap together securely. Taking apart has proven difficult for me because squeezing two flush tabs in is suppose to disconnect the pieces, but I was unable to get the pieces to disconnect. The weight is perfect and the size is exactly what I was hoping for. It took me approximately 3 days to learn how to “hoola” around my waist, but now that I can do it-it is an amazing workout! I tend to gain weight in the belly area and I love the exercise this hoop provides! I can also feel it working on my legs! In 8 days I’ve actually lost about 3 lbs exercising 1x daily for 10 minutes with the hoop. I know 10 minutes isn’t much, but I hope to go longer as I get better. I highly recommend this hoop.

I Absolutely love this Hula Hoop! It's so much fun to do and you get a great workout. 100% one of my favorite and most used items from Amazon! I definitely got a little bruised up the first few times I used it like other reviewers are saying. But that's because I was being too aggressive with it. Keep in mind that it's weighted. So you don't have to swing it as hard like other hula hoops, for it to stay on your hips. I love putting on music and dancing with it. You feel super sexy and feminine while getting a great workout. Its definitely snatching my waist and toning things up for me. My husband loves to watch. 😉

I've only used this a few times so far, but I really like the weight and feel of it. This is a sturdy hula hoop that's a great asset to your workout, and it's pretty easy to assemble. The only issue is taking it apart—the sections are covered with foam, which is great for when you're hooping but not for when you're trying to take it apart. Plus, each section fits snugly together, which again is great when you're using it, but kinda a pain when you're trying to put it back in the box. Overall, though, I'll take a difficult disassembly for a great hula hoop that I can use for working out.

I absolutely love this product!!!! I like the fact that you can adjust it to the size you want. It’s easy to assemble and break down, sturdy, padded and comfortable around the waist. I would recommend and definitely would purchase again if needs be!

ZERO STARS! I Ordered a Pink & Grey and received a rainbow color! The foam was Ripped on some parts, Stained black, and cracked! The Box had been Opened & Torn. It was Used! 😵‍💫

Bought to help my son learn how to ski. Great because it can break down and fit in a backpack and is heavy enough not to bend when a toddler really leans into it.
