I'm always looking for supplements i can take that aren't just tablets or capsules and eally wanted to try sea moss. This is perfect for me, I love the flavour - its like a citrus shot. I believe its definitely helped with general mood and joint pain etc but I did spot that my eyesight improved just slightly! In the mornings it would take ages for me to focus on something I needed to read, even with my reading glasses- but after a couple of weeks of taking this supplement, the mornings are a lot less blurry.

I couldn't take this stuff every day. You're supposed to drop about 30 drops onto your tongue or in a drink - who's got time to count 30 drops every day? Why can't they just say 1 or 2 squeezes haha?Also, the taste is not for me. Or the texture. So it was a waste of money foe me personally. I gave it to a friend to try instead.I'm sure it's good quality, it's just too gross and time consuming for me!

I use sea moss most days and this one on days when I water fast. I buy dried and soak, rinse, repeat, repeat… to make a gel with added lemon juice and take this on days that I eat but wanted a liquid for my fasting days and this works a treat. I really like it as is so easy to take and tastes very ok too. Alongside a smidge of Celtic sea salt, this helps me greatly when fasting and I feel better for taking it.

Me encanta el musgo de mar y tiene un sabor bueno. Además de todos los beneficios que aporta. No soy vegetariana pero como muy poca carne y pescado y este producto me ayuda a equilibrar las carencias que pueda tener por el poco consumo de esos productos. Lo recomiendo y lo volveré a comprar.
