First order of this mirror arrived smashed to pieces. I was prepared for it because everyone in the reviews said the same thing. But the quality of the frame and the look made me reorder for sure. Second times a charm and I am obsessed! Highly recommend but be aware you’ll likely end up getting few smashed ones before you get a good one haha

Despite reviews of poor shipping this was delivered in excellent shipping materials. It was very securely packed. Looks so high end. Very pleased with the size and overall product

Absolutely stunning but, like others said, it was delivered with the glass smashed to pieces. There were even slithers of glass falling out of the closed box. I couldn’t pull out the mirror out of safety concerns. So sad about this because the style was perfect. And I didn’t even try to swap for a replacement because the packaging for shipping an item that fragile is laughable.

This is so frustrating. We purchased the mirror, it was delivered shattered, we returned and had a replacement sent to us and the replacement is shattered as well!! It's such a beautiful rattan piece, please change the packaging so this doesn't happen. Absolutely ridiculous.

We've ordered two for two separate projects and both times have had none of the packaging issues described. It's a fun, interesting mirror - well-made for the price. Would recommend.

Everyone else is right - this mirror looks awesome, but arrived smashed to pieces. Probably not worth the hassle of having to fight for my money back and try to get an in tact replacement.

I was skeptical because everyone said these were breaking, but mine came unbroken and looking great!
