They fit well and are comfortable. I ordered size XL and they fit true to size. I can't speak for the longevity since I just received them, but they are constructed like regular underwear

I'm very happy with this underwear it just fit like a glove, the fabric is very soft, I recommend but for those guys used to have the opening it might not work for them in my case I don't like the opening so this are perfect.

Purchased this and another set for my husband. He's very particular about fabric feel and loves these. They fit well and are true to size (read the review and pay attention to the EU size chart). Have washed well and held their shape. Really happy with the Danish Endurance brand.
