Good quality product at a great price
Good quality product at a good price. I am currently in school to become a natural medicine provider, so herbs are a big part of my education. We were sent packets containing 1 oz of various herbs and roots, and the quality of this organic nettle leaf is just as good as what I received from my school. The difference is that this is much more affordable per ounce. Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica) is one of those quiet powerhouse herbs—humble, common, and incredibly useful. It supports the lymphatic system and detoxification, hormonal and menstrual balance, stronger hair, healthier skin and nails, kidney and urinary health, and provides anti-inflammatory and allergy support. It’s also known as a blood builder, offers gentle energy support, and provides deep mineral nourishment—reasons why it’s truly considered a powerhouse herb. If you’re new to using herbs for teas or tinctures, nettle leaf is an excellent place to start.

Good Quality and Good Value
Good quality organic nettle tea leaves. The sealed clear plastic bag does not have instructions, but there is a Best By date that goes 19 months beyond my date of purchase. An 8 ounce bag of tea is a HUGE amount! I tried to transfer the contents into my 1.9 qt. IKEA clamp jar, but only about 2/3 of the bag could fit. This tea has antihistamine properties; I hope that drinking it regularly will help reduce itchiness due to allergies. I use about 1-1/2 tsp. per cup of boiled water and steep for 10 minutes. It has a mild herbal and earthy flavor.

Nice Organic Nettle
I enjoy this product by grinding it into a powder and mixing it with other supplements in my morning tea. This is a good quality organic nettle, and blends well with my tea mix. This comes at a great price for a large supply of nettle.
