I love this hair straightener/ curly iron. I don’t usually write a review right away until I had really used the products and they have last a while. I bought this over a year ago and I can tell you that is durable, does the job, heats fast. I love making curls which this iron they come out so beautiful and fast. Also my hair does NOT get caught up between the plate iron and the plastic so your hair won’t get ripped off which is amazing.

I think it’s a good value and was packaged very nicely probably great for traveling... I think the iron worked well in my case it was just user error. I bought the straightener to use to curl my hair and I just can’t get the hang of it so I ended up returning it although I think if you know how to curl your hair with a flat iron or are going to use that for a straightener, you would be pleased with this product.

I was skeptical about this 2 in 1 hair straightener, I mostly bought it for the curling function. I have so many tools and I’m trying to consolidate them all. It heats up pretty quickly and doesn’t pull or rip my hair like some other heating tools. This straightener feels so good in the hand and is so easy to use. It heats up so quickly I couldn’t believe it. Super happy with my purchase!!

The first hair straightener did not work with repeated tries pressing on/off button and no effect. You sent me a duplicate. It worked once and then like the other item the on/off button quit working. Then the first item worked once and then once more did not work. I can not figure it out and am done with these things. With or without refund I want to return them both. Maybe somebody else can get them to work. Willing to pay for a box.

I have that like 1 in a million hair type that will not hold a curl, never in my life have I ever been able to curl my hair and have it last for longer than 30 minutes. I am in love! Once you get the technique down, it's so fast and easy. I'll curl my whole hair in 15 minutes and it lasts all day, even when I wake up the next morning my hair is still curled. I'm never going back to a curling iron

I bought this for over a year now and I still have it. Loved that it came with a pouch , I manage to even put my small curling iron in it.

I am so glad I got this. I had an old flat iron I bought at a thrift store, just to see if I liked my hair straight. I’ve had it for several years and used it maybe 5-6 times. Recently I started to style my hair differently and used it on my side swept bangs, the only problem being I had to straighten it then curl the ends which was a pain. I decided it was time for an upgrade the barrel style allows you to curl the ends while straightening the rest. LOVE IT!

It's fine except you can't read whether it's on or off or what temperature it's at. The light is very faint.
