I sit in my office chair for about 8–12 hours a day, depending on work and the craft projects I’m working on. This chair is extremely comfortable, thanks to its large, supportive cushion. I can get through a full workday and then continue crafting afterward without any discomfort. It’s a great value for the quality and comfort. I also had to contact customer support about a small part that wasn’t working correctly, and the experience was excellent. Customer service was easy to work with and quickly sent a replacement without requiring any follow-up from me.

Arms on chair turn in and off for more comfort. I am 5'8" and 350lb very comfortable. Rolls well on old carpet.

More chair than I need, but I have been enjoying the high seat (20" lowest setting) and plush seat cushion.

GREAT PRODUCT

I use this chair every day! I keep it at my sewing table, but my laptop is usually there too. I am not very pleased with the arms, as the rests rotate as I move the chair. I will probably remove them anyway, as they are in the way when sewing. I really appreciate the seat and its comfort. I never get fatigued, even when I work on a project for hours. The "lumbar support" is minimal.

Everything on this chair base is solid but the back is flimsy and twists and will not hold up anywhere near the weight needed. if you shift in the seat the back will flex and twist. There is no way to figure that out till you fully assembled it then have to disassemble again. Now we have to figure out how the heck to return it. In addition to a weak back the chair is way too tall at the lowest setting for anyone under 6ft even though it advertises 5'5: to 6'1". At 5'10" feet cant even tough the floor on the lowest setting. Update seller issued refund, it took 2 days of back and forth but they did eventually resolve the issue.

I work from home, I have been through many office chairs. This one is hands down my favorite. So comfortable. I’ve had it for months and it still feels brand new and I’m 300 pounds.

The chair is comfortable enough and feels sturdy for a larger body. I do like how the armrests are positioned back and away from the chair. They don't cut into my sides. I have 2 problems, the length of the chair seat and the fact that the arms twist and can't seem to be locked into place. The chair seat is shorter than my last chair. Because the back rest is attached to the seat and does not slide up and down, I can't seem to get my butt seated fully in the chair. More importantly, the armrests don't lock. The height locks just fine, but the arms twist from left to right. In theory, this a great idea. In reality, anytime you are trying to adjust your seating in the chair, the arms are all over the place. I just got my finger tip in the armrest and now have a small bruise where it got pinched. It is already annoying that I'm constantly readjusting my seating in the chair, but can't get a good hold because the arms are twisting left and right. Fix those 2 things and it would definitely come closed to 5 stars.

As a big man and a gamer it's great to feel supported and the butt cushion is on point!
