I chose these packets because the formula is very minimal: no sugars, dyes, or artificial sweeteners, just electrolytes in simple, effective ratios. With adrenal fatigue syndrome, the body excretes a lot of sodium, so it should be supported with electrolytes where the sodium content is high and more than potassium. I liked these.

I wanted to try the unflavored to not impact my morning fast but still get some electrolytes in. I cannot with this flavor, or lack thereof. How is not even salty? I missed the salt flavor, and there was literally no flavor but there was a texture. My husband and I did not like at all. The flavored ones are good.

Edit: company contacted me and offered help very nicely. This product does not dissolve as easily as I'd like, but it is much cheaper than L,NT, so if price is a problem, this is a good solution. I upped from one to four stars. Inexpensive AND cheap. Clumps. Has aftertaste. Spend the bucks: get LMNT sugarless. Aaah, so much better.
