I feel sooo much better. I can definitely tell the difference in how I feel. It takes about 2 to 3 months for me to notice. I started decluttering my house. I feel more relaxed. I am sleeping a bit better. I would take a hour before bed. No cell phone and dim your lights. They taste great. Great buy and cost effective. Smell great..fruity. I was taking 2 and that was not enough. I take 3 twice a day. Mid day and when I get home from a stressful day. Cost effective...buying them at the store ..very expensive. They are soft and fresh. I was worried they might not be. Everyone needs these to help manage their stress.

Rescue Bach Plus seems to really help regulate our mood, They taste great and are a great value for money as they really do work. They do last a long time and I find that I can get along with two gummies at a time instead of the suggested three.

Excellent product, it works very well for me personally... I recommend that you try it, each body works differently, it doesn't make you sleepy, it just calms your anxiety and it doesn't taste so bad.

These were helpful for my daughter when she was anxious going on rides at a theme park. The taste isn’t sweet like candy, more like an orange fruit snack, and the texture is similar also.

I’ll be honest, I bought these with very low expectations. I have used their pet product before and had decent results with it. I’ve been struggling with my anxiety lately and none of my medication’s were working, so I decided to take a chance on this. The taste isn’t bad. I’m glad it’s not better because then I might look at it as a candy. LOL I took the recommended dose of three gummy’s as soon as I got the package. I noticed within about 20 minutes that I was no longer clenching my teeth. And as I was doing my morning chores, I felt my shoulders, relaxing. I know it was only one time and it could be placebo effect, but I am actually really hopeful about these. When I smell them, I feel like they smell slightly like black licorice but they don’t taste like black licorice. The texture of the gummy’s is pretty smooth and not gritty at all which I like. Like I said previously, I like the taste the one thing that I didn’t like is that the seller had a big sticker over part of the label and I couldn’t tell what was under it so I did have to use alcohol in a scraper to get it off of the label to make sure there wasn’t anything under it that I needed to be reading and then they also put a big sticker on the cap which I really dislike. Both stickers have über sticky adhesive on the bottom of them so if you take the stickers off, you are gonna need to clean it up with alcohol or goo gone. I also bought their pastilles to try and I’ll review those separately.

Taste is not good but It doesn’t matter because these are so effective. I take these whenever I’m stressed and they are so calm on offer. An immediate relief will definitely be purchasing again.

I do believe they helped my mood and stress on the two days I was able to eat one. But that's it, I had to give the rest away to the person that recommended them to me. If you have any aversion to coconut, you may find the smell and taste too off-putting to overcome. It doesn't smell like coconut, but I think that's the only thing I saw in the ingredients that I would have steered away from if I'd noticed it before buying.
