Tried a number of similar products to keep my mouth closed with CPAP full face mask. My mouth gets WAY too dry without holding it closed. One strap (supplied by DME) was a single strap and kept slipping off. Another was applied before the mask and created leak rates too high and created too much pressure on the neck instead of my chin. The strap was simply too wide for my chin and if forward, interfered with the bottom of the mask and further back, put too much pressure on the throat. I use this one over my head after the mask is in place. It's very comfortable (especially the cupped area under the chin) and easy to adjust with velcro on the top and back. Doesn't interfere with CPAP and gets the job done.

It doesn’t work, still snoring!

Was a little tight for my head. That said, it might have worked for keeping the mouth shut if I could have kept wearing it. Biggest problem was a major stink. Smelled like a rubber hose. My nose started running like a faucet from the fumes and I had to remove it in the middle of the night. So it sure isn't going to help with the problem, wot.

It seems to be pretty good except for larger heads. I can make it work butit's kind of tight and I didn't see a choice for sizing.

Per my wife, this works pretty well. It definitely reduces my snoring to a level that she is able to deal with and still get sleep without having to go to the sofa. It’s definitely worth a try if you are looking for an inexpensive solution!

I tried the one strap chin strap. It slid off and stretched out. This one is comfortable and easy to use. Highly recommend it!!!

The blue from the trim has bled into my white pillowcase.
