I gave a higher rating because the cord was just as described. Be very careful, though, when using them on something that you aren’t sure they’re right for. I bought this cord for my foot massager because I read that someone else had done this. It fit loosely, but it did fit—however, when my husband plugged it in it arced electric from the outlet AND from the unit. This is not the seller’s fault because the cord is intended for a tv. I’m disappointed that it didn’t work, but the cord itself seemed alright.

Just what I needed

I bought this cord to replace our black cord to our tv. As a quick easy fix to make it blend in better with out wall to hide it. IT HAS BLACK WRITING DOWN THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE CORD!! Which obviously defeats the purpose of the cord. Not a happy customer. Taking it to the back of my tv flipped over so it doesn’t show but it conveniently plugs it with the writing facing out and doesn’t like to be told not to face out by tape or otherwise. Gr

I mounted my Vizio to the wall but then I needed a longer power cord to do cable management, and after a LONG search trying to find exactly what would work for my television, I found this. Length is good, perhaps slightly longer than I pictured but that's future proofing my needs. Works as advertised and was the solution I needed.

I recently mounted my TV to my wall, which is white. The original cord was a nice one with a large ferrite bead, but it was black and also a foot too short. This power cord is slightly longer, so it gets the job done and it's so much less obtrusive against the white wall.UPDATE: Over a year later, the cord is still working perfectly.

I bought it because I moved and needed a longer cord for the TV to reach behind the dresser. It is a perfect fit with a little extra length so it doesn't pull.
