These are fantastic 2lb weights on each leg. Fit comfortable. Brilliant. You know you’ve had a good swim with these on. I’ve certainly noticed the difference with both wrist and leg weights. Increase muscle mass. Best Buy EVER.

These are great. I previously used weights that were filled with sand or small metal beads for the weight, but those weights would break often. These are not going to break. They're also comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

I like theses although slip slightly on me but my wrists and ankles are very slender. They seem well made.

I'm using these to firm upper body while doing Pilates. They're comfortable to wear. Strong velcro. Great that you can start with a low weight and add more weights as you get stronger. Simple to thread weights onto the band.

I bought a pair of the 1lb ankle weights to help strengthen my legs when swimming and they offer some resistance when swimming but not too much at only 1lb each. They were quite comfortable to wear with only a little mild 'rubbing' on the ankles by the time I got out of the pool. I'm happy with them and have just ordered another pair to use on my wrists when swimming to help strengthen my arms. Perhaps I should add that the pools I swim in are not very deep and I can stand upright in them, so I'm not sure how they would be in a deeper pool where you can't touch the bottom - I guess you would need to be aware of the weights and a little more careful!?? Otherwise so far they seem to be a good purchase.

Très satisfaite de cet achat. Bonne qualité. Très pratique grâce aux poids modulables. Scratchs solides et qui tiennent bien aux poignets comme aux chevilles. Pas trop encombrants non plus !
