Within tolerance (+/- 20%)
I measured a few of these capacitors that were rated for 1,000 uF. They ranged from about 800 uF to 980 uF. I used 4 different devices to make sure that my readings were correct and all 4 devices agreed that these capacitors are not very precise. With a tolerance of +/- 20%, that would mean that these can range from 800 uF to 1,200 uF. I've found that these have been under but still within the advertised tolerance. These were priced really well, although I have more than I needed. I got these to replace a capacitor that vented out on a battery charger and this was a good replacement for it and seems to be working fine.

Lv-131 Power Supply failure fix
My air purifier suffered a power failure (apparently a common issue with this model). Went on YT and saw a video showing the stock capacitors have a tendency to go bad. Sure enough, after opening it up, I had all kinds of brown fluid on the board and other components near one of the capacitors. I really only needed to replace that one, but since I had so many from this kit and wanted a little extra soldering experience, I decided to swap them both out. Put it all back together and the lights disappeared and the unit acted normal again. Probably took me about an hour to desolder both capacitors off and solder new ones on (I learned flux is essential for removing solder - that's why my solder wick wasn't working well), but I saved myself a good $150 - $200 by changing these cheap components out. Also saved my unit from heading to a landfill, as it works like new again. Great value for the money!

Order extra and test before use, good value if you keep that in mind.
Really push the tolerance rating. Bought more than needed for this project expecting to have to pick from a handful that test well. I wasn't wrong. Really can't complain at all, not the best quality but they are very cheap, so ..... Re-capping an old motherboard, I wouldn't use these for a high end board - this is a cheapy I'm saving from scrap.

Got the TP-Link Kasa switch working
I had one TP-Link Kasa switch fail with rapid boot cycles turning the load on and off. When the second one failed the same way, I tore it down to see what failed. Power supply was only getting to 1.39 volts. It lost the 470uF cap at the bottom of the board near the foam around the LED. It is a 10V one, but this fit and was higher rated voltage. Removed the dead one, put one of these in, and it booted up and worked.
