Easy to apply but did not really impress me.

Cold but wet
I ordered these in the longer sizes so had more wrap around, these are great at cooling and pain relief for 2 hours but your top will get wet on top, bit uncomfortable in colld weather, may help to wrap an additional crepe bandage over them.....

Once use only!
After braking my foot on a bouncy castle (as a 42y.o would do on a bank holiday!) I was advised to keep putting frozen peas (it's an English thing) on to my foot to prevent swelling. After my husbands 5th trip to morrisons for a bag of peas I searched amazon for an alternative and voila! This item came up. I purchased it via prime and it arrived the next morning. I put the bandage on and it was very cold. Bliss!!! However within 30 minutes the bandage was at room temperature. I tried to put it in the freezer and cool it back off but it became stiff and of no use. Moral of the story. Stick with frozen peas! They last longer, can be refrozen and then be ate!

Very good
Whoops made a mistake didn't read description properly so for me no good because it sticks to your skin. Gave it to a rugby player friend of mine he said it was brilliant so he would definitely recommend.
