Manfrotto L-Peso 4.3Kg Counterweight

This is a very practical solution to adding a counterweight to your lighting boom. It is heavy enough for my equipment but if you have very heavy lighting equipment you might prefer the larger one, also made by Manfrotto.It’s got a good finish, although I don’t yet know how easily it will scratch.You could also fit this to the leg of a lighting stand instead of a sandbag, but it’s small size and rounded edges make it ideal for using on a boom. At least if you bop your head into it by accident, the rounded corners aren’t going to cut you :-)In any case, I would happily recommend this weight to anyone looking for a stable way to fix a counterweight to a tubular item such as a boom arm.

Excellent counterweight.Splendid colour, my taste.Versatile, fits various sizes.

Solid product. Bought to balance boom arm. It's orange though for any fashion concious people out there!

It works well but it's really expensive.
