The media could not be loaded. WE LOVE IT!!! It’s kinda heavy..but easy to fly. The included kite reel is a little better than ok. I suggest you purchase a heavy duty kite reel. It flys lengthwise but it gets UP THERE. Look at the video!!🐬🪁

I’d say you need at least a constant ten to get this one in the air.

Great kite for those windy days
This kite is really fun! It is a great size and is made from great materials. It seems easy to assemble and we are excited to fly this kite often as the weather becomes perfect kite flying weather. The string that came with the kite seems strong and will be able to withstand windy days. We live a pretty windy area and I think the orca kite will look amazing in the sky. We are so excited!!! I would recommend this product.

Great kite until the seems came loose
The media could not be loaded. Flew it twice. Second time it started to loose hight really fast about 20 minutes in and I had to continually reduce the line to keep it up. Once I had it fully reeled in I discovered that the middle seem and one other had come completely loose.

Very simple assembly, wonderful parafoil.
Takes some effort to get it up if there's no wind, but once it's up, it's a blast. Assembly was super easy and the kite uses linkage similar to fishing tackle to secure the kite to the string reel. Truly a joy to fly this beautiful kite and I received many compliments from onlookers.

Hard to get in the air
Hard to get it up in the air had more than enough wind but it did not want to fly was easy enough to assemble was as described otherwise as far as apperance and length material is heavy duty

Takes some wind to get up there and pulls hard
This one is a beast of a kite that's going to take beach level winds to get up in the air.... Also, it's going to pull pretty hard so maybe not the one you're going to hand to your small child.... In fact I'll go ahead and say it, do not try to hand this to a 7 year old and expect them to not let go. One thing I'd definitely recommend is a solid kite reel to fly this if you're going to do it repeatedly. It likes a lot of line and tends to go out as well as up. Of course, that means to be careful because if it does come down it may be over folks other than yourself.It's a great conversation starter though and people are wow'd by the size. Fun at the beach for sure but not sure how long it will last with that much tension on it, etc. May require a few repairs if you're using it often.

So much better than framed kites
I remember building kites as a kid, and always ending up with broken sticks and ruined kites after just one big gust of wind. This huge, lovely orca-style kite stands up to the windiest day without fail (although it does take more than a light breeze to get it aloft). This kite is impressive in the air, and I love the large ring-style string dispenser. Best of all, the kite comes ready to go, with no assembly required.
