I’m a big fan of Micro Ingredients and have a lot of trust in the brand’s products, and this Whole Milk Powder only reinforced that. I absolutely love this milk and use it mainly in my daily coffee. It is very easy to dissolve, doesn’t clump, and gives the coffee a smooth, creamy texture. The consistency is excellent, and another point I really like is that it has no smell at all, which makes a big difference. It blends perfectly into the coffee without interfering with the natural aroma or flavor. Another highlight is how much it yields, making it a great value. The taste is well balanced, not overly sweet, and I believe that having less sugar adds to the health benefits. I also appreciate the long shelf life, which makes it very convenient to keep at home without worrying about waste. Tastes great and dissolved easily when mixed with water. The ingredients are whole milk. There is no enrichment additives listed which is what I was looking for. The price is good for 4 pounds!

I got soooooooo much for such a good price. I got this for my coffee concoction in the morning. I just started taking powdered mushrooms and they taste funky. This cuts the bitter taste and makes it creamy! Love that I got so much of this stuff at this price too! Think I got this at $28. Most cost $20 and you might get 1lb. Also got it super quick! And I got this so I would waste milk if I didn't use it fast enough. This has a longer shelf life. I suggest using a handheld frother it just makes all drinks better. Very happy with this purchase. Get it before the price goes up!

Not crazy about the taste, but I love it for baking and cooking. I keep several pounds on hand because we live out a ways, and I’m not doing a trip to town for milk! It’s good for mixing with other flavors (chocolate milk) A little glumpy, mix with warm water for sure!!

I’m really impressed with this whole milk powder. It dissolves easily, has a rich, creamy taste, and works perfectly in everything from baking to coffee. I love keeping it on hand because it’s convenient, shelf-stable, and tastes just like fresh milk once mixed. It’s also great for smoothies and homemade mixes. Definitely a high-quality product that I consistently buy.

I mix it by the pint & add a tsp of sugar, let set overnight & tastes great after setting. Convenient & no waste. I will buy this again.

I'm a senior, living alone. I don't use a lot of milk, but I do like to have it on hand. I would buy regular milk, then it would sour before I had a chance to use it. I remember dry milk as a child, and it was AWFUL! That was dry SKIM milk. I decided to try this dry milk. It couldn't be worse than the dry milk I had as a kid! WOW! This is great! This milk has all the flavor of whole milk. It is a great option if you can't or don't want to buy fresh milk. I use it in cooking, baking, an in my coffee. For coffee, I mix the powder in without reconstituting. It dissolves easily and completely. In baking, you have to account for the liquid, so either mix with water or another liquid. For cooking thing like mac and cheese, just add powder to dry ingredients. If your sauce is too thick, thin with a bit of water to a consistency you like. If you are a prepper or just need milk occasionally, this is a wonderful option.

I don't get why whole milk powder is so gross. I just don't get it. Everything I've tried tastes horribly of over-cooked milk. I mean, how hot do they have to get it to dehydrate it? It is completely mind blowing to me that this it's so hard to make decent milk powder!! Even the previous brand I bought had the boiled milk taste, but it was the least gross one I've ever tried. So, I was really hoping this brand's would be good. But, it's not. At least, the bag that I got isn't good. It's not old, or expired, it's just gross. I mixed it with water first, because these whole milk powders DO NOT DISSOLVE IN ANYTHING BUT PLAIN WATER. At least, that is my experience. If you try to put it straight into coffee dry, IT WILL CLUMP. And, I have found that if you try to dissolve in cold water, it's MUCH harder to mix than with warm/hot water. SO, I put it in my coffee cup first, mix it with hot water, stir it till dissolved, then add my coffee. So, I had just opened a new bag of coffee, the same brand I've been using, and I had the milk in my cup all ready to go, but when I tasted it, I was like... Ewww! I thought, well, maybe it's just that cooked milk taste that seems to be a thing with all whole milk powder, and it is... but this is 1000 times worse than any others I've tried. I can't put my finger on the taste, it's almost like a smoky taste, or a toasted/roasted taste. It's very weird and gross, and I couldn't even finish my coffee. And I haven't tried it again in coffee. I did use it to bake with, thinking maybe it wouldn't be noticeable in something baked, but I was wrong. The weird flavor totally came through and now I don't even want to eat what I made. I don't know what the other reviewers who loved this are getting, but the ones who think it's gross, yeah, I totally know what you're talking about. The disappointing part is that I wouldn't have even tried this brand if the other one I purchased before hadn't been out of stock. And I've tried supplements from MicroIngredients that I've never had a problem with, so I thought they would be able to "do" milk powder. Boy, was I wrong. I do NOT recommend this and I'll never get it again!
