We love the product and it works great. Keep in mind, it comes in 2 boxes. When FedEx made the delivery, there was no communication that one of the boxes was damaged. My notification said delivered. Customer service was great and shipped the replacement as soon as they got my message, even before receiving the damaged item. My advice would be to give each both their own shipping number.

Absolutely love. Super easy to put together. Took my husband and I about an hour to assemble (not sure why it took other reviewers so long lol). Haven’t used the heat feature, we live in Florida, but love the faux fireplace and all the color settings!

We love our fireplace it’s sturdy beautiful and makes our space very relaxing. My first fireplace tv stand did show up missing all the hardware to put it together but they promptly sent a replacement tv stand. Will need 2 people to assemble and it took about 2 or 3 hours to put it together.

Yesterday I was very annoyed. I ordered two of these stands. One for our bedroom and one for the front. They were supposed to arrive Tuesday. Instead I received two fireplaces with no entertainment systems. There was no mention of items being shipped separately so I contacted the seller through Amazon as well through their site to inquire where my entertainment systems were. They responded quickly and gave me tracking numbers and arrival dates for the entertainment systems which were shipped separately from the fire places. Today (Wednesday) I received the first entertainment system. The second one should be here tomorrow (Thursday).Although the box for the first entertainment sytem was a bit banged up, I received all the pieces in good condition. The instructions were clear and simple and it only took me an hour to put together. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. It's much lighter in weight than I expected but I imagine that's due to it being engineered wood. I can move it around easily without my husband's assistance.I recieved the second entertainment system on thrusday as promised. The box was a complete mess and torn open at both ends. The pieces inside were mostly ok although a few were chiped. The second entertainment system was less sturdy than the first when I put it together which was concerning but seemed fine once it was completely put together. It looks exactly like the first one i received, I received all the pieces, and I plan to paint it as well.It's a decent looking TV stand. The flames aren't accurate to the picture however, and the led lights don't give the color option that is shown in their photo. There's plenty of storage in the cabinet. The window affect is done with a tape or paint, rather than it being an actual window which was disappointing. Im also not a fan of the spacing bewteen the cabinet's doors and the system. Doesnt look like that at all in their advertising. Overall, I still like it. I plan to paint it later on, so I'm sure I'll like it more once I've painted it how I want.

You’ll need atleast 2 people to put together. Do it alone and you’ll make major mistakes like me. You’ll need extra hands to hold it together while you put in hardware. And make sure you don’t skip steps, thinking you know what’s next. Follow the directions exactly and you should have no problems. And make sure you are in a spacious area to organize all the pieces. It will help you in the long run.

Really elegant, and classy! It shipped so very fast for it within 2 days. It took me and hubby about 1.5 hr to complete. I think we were behind because there was absolutely no paperback directions!! So here we had all these parts ready to assemble just laying everywhere. Panic hit, we have 3 dogs, and teenagers we can’t not take the chance of something happening! So after kind of freaking out. I scowled the internet determined to find the directions. Finally, Amen 🙏 I found them on Walmarts site. Thank god!!!! It is a beautiful piece for a nice price plus 100$ off coupon. Easy set up, just make sure to follow the directions and take your time. It’s worth it. We are in the process of re-painting our living room and I loved this white color the best. What’s the coolest is the fire place. You get a handheld remote with settings to change the ember and flame colors. The led lights came and you attach them to the back of the fire place and then however you want to place them inside the side cabinets l ( they are peel off) . I’m extremely happy and I can’t wait to paint to really pop it out. Our Tv is an 85 inch, perfect for handing but it would be to big for the TV stand itself. Like it says 80 inch. Also the fire place puts out a nice warm heat. You have settings from 60-99 degrees. Totally worth it! Brightness is perfect also!
