Life of Fred--Goldfish
A**!
Disappointing jab at Nixon and Ford
These Fred books are fine. My child is amused by the quirky stories of Fred and Fred's doll Kingie. Doesn't teach math as well as I might like but the Fred series supplements other math programs that do a better job of that. But WTAF was this uncalled for slap at Presidents Nixon and Ford, found on page 34? One of the reasons I'm doing so much work with my child outside school is to minimize the effects of leftist doctrination that it seems almost all teachers feel it their duty to impart, these days. I simply skipped the sneering commentary about these two Presidents but it lowered my opinion both of this book as well as of its author. Boooo!

Love it!
These books are amazing! My son is a reluctant reader and math isn't his favorite subject but he loves this series. They include so much more than just math (science, history and life skills too) I highly recommend them 😊

Life of Fred offers a fun supplement to any math curriculum
Life of Fred offers a fun supplement to any math curriculum. It's a story about Fred, a 5 year old math professor and his doll, Kingie, and all kinds of adventures. They are hysterical! You can start at the beginning to hear the whole story, but it isn't necessary. There are plenty of learning in these books, but not a lot of drills. My kids look forward to reading these math books!

We love Life of Fried.
We love Life of Fred. I use it for my 2nd grader son who does not like to read, but loves math. He enjoys the story, and the math problems gives him a break from reading. I appreciate the humor in it.

Great cute math book. Exactly what we hoped for. Our first Fred book, and I'm open to others.
