Absolutely banging pork rub
I bought this to prepare some pork ribs and a pork shoulder on my Traeger pellet smoker.First things first you get a good size container for the price and the jar has both a dusting cap and a full pour cap allowing for meat prep of different varieties.The rub itself has a rich Smokey scent as soon as you open the jar with a good looking herby appearance.The flavour it gives your meat is absolutely out of this world and the smell that this give off whilst cooking is fantastic.This have a good crust on the shoulder when I shredded it and the depth of flavour this gave to the ribs in addition to Sweat baby Ray's BBQ sauce was exceptional.I would highly recommend this product for both keen meat smokers and standard barbecue users!

Gourmet Emperor BBQ Rub
This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. Below is my own real-world experience of using it.It comes securely contained inside the jar, which has a click top lid with both sprinkle and pour options. The seal keeps everything nice and fresh.There is a great mixture of herbs and spices, which look and smell great. The mix is so versatile, you could use it for general seasoning, as well as meat rubs. One point of note - it does contain chili peppers, so is on the spicy side (which isn’t immediately obvious in the listing).Overall, a good value item.

12th year anniversary present for hubby
Hubby recently got into cooking, we’re doing a whole life overhaul, and so I decided to get him something to encourage the interest as he’s always found cooking difficult. These make cooking quick, easy and fun! Love the labelling so quirky and interesting. Definitely worth the money!

Fennel-heavy
This is a pretty nice blend of spices! I enjoyed trying it out. Although I haven’t used it on any special dishes yet, it’s made plain everyday meals more convenient and flavorful. Other than meat dishes, I feel like it also works well on omelettes and other egg-based things. It is a little fennel- and paprika-heavy, though, and the other spices in the mix are harder to notice.
