My son wanted this bottle to take to school because he doesn’t drink too much water and prefers to drink juice, by using the flavored bottle my little one has been drinking more water and I am a happy mother and he is a healthier child.

I can't really smell so this really didn't help me much I just use it for the water bottle now. The bottle is pretty good mine has not leaked and keeps the water cool for a decent amount of time. So the bottle is cool but I won't be buying any of the scents things.

So i wanted to give these style water bottles one more shot, because the first one was a disappointment. Sadly, i have to say this one has followed in it's predecessor's footsteps. It's a novel idea, that's for sure, a water bottle that uses scent to trick the mind into thinking the water is flavored. However in practice it just doesn't work. The water bottle itself is great. The whole thing is metal and it holds a good amount of water, keeps cold water cold for a while and feels solidly made. The push-to-open lid reveals a silicone straw for drinking. This is what the scent pod is supposed to go around. The scent pods are these little plastic discs with artificial scents in them (think air fresheners), and while they do add a little bit of smell when i'm drinking... it still feels like i'm drinking water. The pods aren't particularly strong and since it's impossible to breathe in through the nose while drinking... it's difficult to get a whiff with every sip. It's a novel idea but just doesn't work.

My son loves this water bottle because he likes the scents it gives off . He says it helps him drink more water . It leaks a little, but only sometimes … it’s weird . … but I love that it makes him excited about drinking more water !

This isn't keeping my water cold very long and the scent doesn't help with making it taste better. It still is just water.

We were very excited to try this out, and waited for it to arrive with great anticipation.So the premise is you smell the fruit as you drink and this influences the flavor you taste; therefore getting a taste without adding syrups or sugar etc. Great idea!The top is angled, I'm guessing to increase the smell.The whole family tried it to see how effective it was for each one of us.One member hardly has a sense of smell, so it really doesn't work for them lol - something which seems obvious but we hadn't thought about until they tried it.The results varied, but, the general consensus is, it's quite subtle.If you keep the lid closed for a while, the smell seems to build up so the first sip seems more "flavorful" but it eases off after that.It's a good idea, and interesting to realize how what you smell as you drink affects your taste.Personally, I'm not sure we're committed enough to keep investing in the rings; we're not totally giving up but I can imagine over time we might unless they come out with stronger flavor pods. If that happened, we'd enjoy it because it does work ... just not strongly enough for our preference at the moment.Also, our bottle did leak a bit at the top.Hope this helps.

Well, I guess i shouldn't have tried this during allergy season as my sense of smell isn't that great. But, the fact that this won't work if you can't smell well means it doesn't work. The bottle is ok. I won't be using this going forward.

This stainless-steel water sports bottle comes with two pods (Watermelon & Peach) designed to emit a scent of fruit flavors while drinking water. However, it didn't work for me as the water tasted the same. The concept is to trick the brain, but it didn't quite work for me. On the positive side, the bottle is BPA-free and features an angled neck for easy straw sipping during workouts. The top unscrews into two parts for adding larger ice cubes, and I didn't experience any leaks. Additionally, it has a carry strap for convenient wrist wrapping. While the flavor pods didn't impress me, the bottle itself is well-made and excellent for general use.
