Easy to fit and installationwas easy with the suppleid screws and raw plugs. Used it to cover some new fibre cable that the BT engineer failed to secure. Looks nice and neat now

We purchased this product in response to our recent fibre installation, where the engineer placed the cabling in a position that my wife was not happy about. Although we had a capping set already coving a previous install, we could not make this cover both - so we purchased another to keep our new fibre cabling safe. Also by putting this new capping it - it hid the cabling. The plastic is superbly sturdy and thick, but it's also easy to cut and modify to your requirements - in our case, cutting the mid-section to match the existing install. The capping set works great and can be painted without much trouble. Amazon was also the place where it was the best value for money. We could have purchased elsewhere, but here it was cheaper by far.

Bought this cable cover and cap as BT/Openreach didn't finish the external full fibre installation to my liking. Where the cable emerged from the ground there was no cover. Fitting it over the cable required a hole to be cut in the side of the cover as it isn't the way it's supposed to be used.

Had BT full fibre installed, the fibre came out the ground and up the wall. Looked messy and easy to damage. This is the same cable covering used by BT Openreach. It looks neat and protects the incoming Fibre Optic cable. Found it much cheaper, on other websites, after I purchased from here though.

Perfect fit

It performs the function I needed it for so gets 3 stars for that, but the top section is discolouring I assume from UV in sunlight, so I'm looking for alternatives, or may even end up 3D printing something more elegant.

Fits well and looks nice.

I had fibre broadband installed, but unlike the images in the information Openreach send to customers ahead of the installation, they don't install a cover like this for the fibre cable and leave it exposed on the outside wall. I was concerned the external fibre cable could be easily vandalised as it was at ground floor level, so bought this item and installed it on to cover the cable on the wall. The cover is sturdy an effective. It was slightly pricey, but necessary.
