It feels well made and you can carry it almost everywhere, the only issue I have is that it is difficult to adjust the resistance, it is either really hard or really loose, so if you are a beginner you night have problems adjusting to an intermediate resistance

Originally ordered this and got a hand gripper tool in the box that this was supposed to come in. Clearly someone switched the items out. I immediately ordered a replacement and finally got the actual product and it’s fantastic. Underrated for therapy on the hands and wrist especially if you work with computers all day.

Honestly, this thing is really well made. It’s probably “overbuilt” for its purpose, but I love it. As a former kick boxer, having strong arms and wrists is, of course, very important. I could tell how well it will work in the long run from the very first use.

Yeah. Just yeah. The burn is legit. The pump is nuts. Watching the muscles strain and the veins pop out from such a simple device is straight awesome. I’m 56 and active and have bad carpal tunnel on one side. Twitching pinkie, can’t open lids. All that This has already made my grip strength grow and I kinda feel like after a few sessions that carpal issue is somewhat minimized. As one who isn’t afraid to call out snake oil. This one isn’t. I’ll recommend to anyone needing stronger grips and forearms but just know it works other groups too.

This is a good addition to a home gym. I use it to warm up my hands, wrists and forearms prior to weight training. My only complaint is that the resistance adjustment keys are too prominent. They should fold down when not in use to allow more clearance for the forearms. I'd still buy again.

I have been using the Dynamo for a little over a week and I have always gotten some amazing results in my grip strength and my forearm size in general in the short amount of time that I have been using it. The fact that it’s so portable makes it so convenient to be able to workout my forearms and my grip whenever I want. I literally probably use the Dynamo 4 times a day and every time I use it, my forearms just feel such an amazing pump. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to enhance their grip strength and who are looking to really get a killer workout for their forearms. I love the Dynamo!!!!

The rotation movement is not smooth enough and the grip is very tough and you will need to wear a gloves if you are planning to use it for a long time, but for ten or twenty rotations you will be ok
