Insync Crater Men's Hybrid Bike

Easy to assemble and it was in a very strong box so it arrived in damaged.I ride it most days even going shopping but mostly along the coast road. I have fitted mud guards, LED lights, and a mirror. Just wish the roads were not full of holes.Down side it was addressed and delivered to the wrong house fortunately my neighbour is honest. Went to 14 Lancaster road not 14 Lancaster Gardens.

This bike came well packaged with a chic, trendy design. The manual was generic for all Insync bikes, which was a bit frustrating, but I managed to navigate through it. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the bike apart from adjusting the gears. Unfortunately, I needed to watch several Youtube videos as the instructions in the manual were not comprehensive and did not help me to address the fact that the chain would continuously slip off the gears, despite adjustments to the two screws mentioned in the instructions.Lastly, and most unfortunately, the front fork of the bike was bent, which meant that the front wheel did not slide on easily - it in fact needed to be forced in place to realign the bent fork. This appeared to be a manufacturer defect and hopefully is being addressed following this review.Overall, there are a few improvements that could be made to this bike to make it easier to assemble, and quality checks to avoid defective parts, but the bike looks great, and rides smoothly if you can navigate the tweaks.

Cheap bike with cheap parts. Arrive semi assembled, easily put together however required a lot of work and spare parts to get it working, sunrun gearing was unusable rear cassette teeth bent on arrival, replace with Shimano, front derailleur bent on arrival again replaced with Shimano. pleasantly surprised to find Clark branded brake calipers however both rotors were badly buckled and were not worth the time to true, so had to be replaced the list goes on... in total the bike ended up costing nearly $300 including the purchase price of the bike to get working well enough to be used as a daily commuter. Not really bothered as I expected it but for others be warned if your expecting a bike that can be used straight away.

Bought for my son 7 months ago . The bikes fallen apart , we have been told he was lucky not to have been in a really nasty accident because of the faults on the bike . It can’t be ridden at all and cant get hold of the seller .Avoid at all costs !!!!!!
