I’ve been cutting my own hair for a while now. My clippers already paid for themselves. I wanted to try a low drop fade but wasn’t too confident so I grabbed this fade guide. Best move I could’ve made. The cut came out just like I remembered from the barbershop. It looked clean and I felt like I leveled up instantly. The fade guide already paid for itself after one cut. The fade will only get better with time. If you’re thinking about it, stop thinking just get it. It works

Works pretty well. I’d say it definitely help me set the line for my mid drop fade. I used it until I got to the next line but after it gets closer to the top of your head it not as useful. Definitely still recommend getting a 3 way mirror to make sure the band is aligned properly before you end up with a really bad haircut. Definitely recommend for beginners.
