So my son hit a pothole and grounded the splitter on the front of his car, which broke a 5inch chunk out. I made a good repair but then couldn't get a black gloss paint that matched and the repair was still visible so I found this vinyl wrap tape and thought it was worth a try. I cleaned the surface with isopropyl alcohol first then applied the tape, using the wife's hairdryer to gently warn it as I went, and the finish is brilliant. You can't tell it was ever damaged so really happy with the result - and the cost!

Size wasn’t as I thought

Product would be excellent if it was the size I ordered not 1cm smaller as it is not big enough to wrap corners properly. Overall quite disappointing. If correct size had been disclosed I would have ordered the next size up but have now wasted money.

I have a fair bit of experience with vinyl and can conclude this stuff is absolute trash. Very poor quality, tears when trying to adjust don’t bother wasting your time with this

I bought this stuff because I was quoted £80 to wrap the wing mirrors of my car. This seems to be a normal price for such a job, but I though how hard can it be. Turns out it's actually pretty tricky but I did it myself, and both wing mirrors took me roughly two hours to wrap including removing the caps. The smoothing tool isn't much use, I got better results just using my bare hands. The knife is decent. You will need a heat source. The professionals use a heat gun, but I stole my wife's hairdryer and used it on high heat with a low fan speed. It did the job just fine.I can't vouch for the quality vs what a professional would use, but it feels good quality and the finish is pretty good as you can see in my pictures.Delivery was prime and came in a little under 24 hours.All in all I'm happy. I saved myself £70, and I have some spare to play with should I need to rework one of my mirrors.

Adhère bien à la surface

A fronte dei 150/200 euro preventivati dal carrozziere con poco più di 10 euro posso ritenermi soddisfatto, non è semplicissima da mettere specialmente sulle parti curve, su quelle piatte e lisce come lo sportello del carburante ci vanno 15 minuti per le maniglie circa il doppio consiglio l'uso di un fon professionale da carrozzerie (ho provato con uno domestico ma sono venute delle grinze), buono anche che abbia una pellicola trasparente protettiva da rimuovere alla fine . Ulteriore consiglio che mi ha aiutato farlo: tagliare i pezzi delle dimensioni che servono e tenerli pressati per annullare effetto pergamena del rotolo che se no tende ad arricchirsi quando la metti

Plakt heel slecht, en is veel te dik

Die Folie klebt sehr gut und jäßt sich prima verarbeiten. Bitte daran denken, dass auf der Oberseite noch eine zusätzliche Schutzfolie aufgebracht ist, die sich super entfernen läßt. Montierwerkzeug ist beigefügt für größere Flächen. Ein super Qualitätsprodukt zum guten Preis.
