The Proctor Silex Electric Citrus Juicer has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s super easy to use, just press down on the reamer, and the juice flows quickly into the 34 oz. container. I’ve used it for oranges, lemons, and even grapefruit, and it handles them all efficiently without much effort. I love that it’s easy to clean, the parts come apart quickly and can be rinsed or washed in the sink. The design is simple and compact, so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. The white color looks clean and classic, fitting nicely with my other kitchen appliances. If you want fresh citrus juice without the hassle of manual juicing, this electric juicer is a reliable and affordable option. It’s fast, convenient, and makes mornings much easier!

Fantastic juicer with an even better price point. I was looking to get a large manual press type juicer, but couldn’t justify spending 100 bucks for something that I was going to use on occasion. Now comes in this beautiful piece of equipment. One of my favorite features is the ability to strain pulp in various degrees of thickness. Another great feature is that it’s easy to clean and I like the storage underneath the base for the electrical cord to keep it uncluttered when placed in storage. Best 20 bucks I spent this year !

Juices pretty well, tried lime and orange halves. Keeps the pulp contained for the most part in the strainer. I don't like pulp in orange juice and a little makes it through, but not enough to bother me. The clear lid is great for storage/dust cover, but not so much for holding the fruit in place; easier to hold it by hand and ensure good contact with the juicing element. I've used it for limes and it worked great, much easier than manually juicing several limes at a time for pie. The cara cara oranges in the pic were not large, 3 of them made about 7 ounces of juice. The vessel has measurements on the side to check volumes. Price was good compared with other options. Not really noisy for a power kitchen tool.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT! Couldn’t have been easier, juice yield better than any other squeezer I’ve had, little strainer catches seeds and any pulp that may slip in, and easy to clean by hand even though you can machine wash.

This juicer works perfectly! It’s powerful, easy to clean, and makes smooth, fresh juice in minutes. The design is sleek and sturdy. Great for daily use and highly recommended.

This gizmo works so great. Makes quick work of 20 limes in about 15 minutes. I was amazed at how fast, easy & well it juiced so many limes & lemons. It has two different size juicer "heads". one small for limes & lemons & a larger one for bigger fruit. Easy clean up, easy to use. I highly recommend this juicer.

First, let me say this is not a company paid review. I received it yesterday afternoon. I bought this to make juice from the oranges on the tree in my backyard, of which only about half of the tree made it through the tornadoes and two hurricanes this past summer. There are 29 showed in the pic, with about 100 more left on the tree. I liked that the cord stores in the bottom of the base, although the cord could be a bit longer. It was easy to disassemble to put in the dishwasher, and easily re-assembled after. I used the large attachment, and it worked fine even on the smaller oranges. The motor never slowed down, and reversed direction when pressure was reduced on the orange. It juiced all 29 of those oranges perfectly, plus four more I had used as a test. I thought it might heat up as it took about 30 minutes to finish, but not even a little bit. One thing I noticed, if you are juicing very ripe oranges, it pulls the entire pulp out of the orange, and it gets stuck to the spindle. Not a problem if you pull it off, but it can increase the time it take to get all the juice out of the next oranges. I'm sure that will happen on all electric juicers. All and all, I'm very satisfied with it's operation, and am looking forward to harvesting the rest of those oranges and turning them into juice and sweet Orange Marmalade. For the price, it is an excellent piece of kitchen equipment, and I can see it getting a lot of use. I would definitely recommend it.

Looking for a basic citrus juicer, it came down to this and the similar Black and Decker version. I did EXTENSIVE research on juicers on the cheaper side, and these two were perennial contenders. Based on this one being half the price, I gave it a whirl and have been pleased with the results. YIELD I used 6 average juice oranges to yield just under 24oz of juice with pulp setting at the second lowest (see pics) EFFICIENCY The oranges were largely ground out, suggesting that it is pretty efficient. The pulp in the collector seemed to have most of the juice squeezed out TECHNIQUE Roll the fruit on the counter first to loosen the juice before cutting. Cut across the middle ifvtge fruit (where the “equator” would be). Press the fruit downwards on the reamer, gently squeezing or massaging it into the reamer as it gets towards the end of juicing. Before discarding the hollow peel, lift and press down one more time. The reamer should change direction, scraping out the last bit of juice in the opposite direction TIME I juice 1 orange in about 1kin, 30sec per half PULP CONTROL Just move the selector to your desired setting. Holes in the collector trough will open and close accordingly, letting in (or keeping out) the amount of pulp you like NOISE Yeah, it’s a bit noisy CLEAN UP In a snap; I just rinse everything in the sink, and it here are no difficult parts to wash. During the juicing process, depending on your pulp selection, you may need to scoop out oranges bits between each orange so the fruit your labour (haha!) doesn’t get trapped in the debris in the collection trough. With a bit of practice, you’ll soon be getting as much juice as your fruit can give. Enjoy!

This is an excellent juicer for the price. Think of it as a manual juicer with some power assistance. The motor is a little week if you apply too much pressure but it definitely does the job well. Extracts almost all of the juice leaving a mostly white orange peel with everything scraped out really well. It is fairly easy to clean, the only weak point is the pulp extractor is in two sections that have to be pried apart with 3 little tabs to be cleaned and those tabs are eventually going to break because they’re so small and thin. Everything is top shelf dishwasher safe and easy to pack away. I thought the juicer is supposed to reverse directions if you release pressure and put pressure again and then go forward when you release pressure and put pressure gain, mine only goes clockwise, it tries to go counterclockwise when you lift and press, but then quickly stalls and goes forward again not sure if that’s by design but seems strange. But honestly for the price you absolutely can’t go wrong even if I have to buy one every year

I have always loved freshly squeezed orange juice. But I have hated the manual juicer thing. It was a great price and figured why not. Super easy to use, to wash I just use warm water and soap. I don’t get the two juicer size thing, the small one didn’t seem to work for me or I clearly do not know how to use it, but I don’t care for it. It is pretty noisy though, I didn’t think it would be the loud. It is, I got used to it after. I tend to use the juicer in the morning so it seems louder then. But I can overlook it. It really cleans out the juice from the oranges, like the oranges come out clean! Also the pulp part, I love pulp! But it doesn’t seem to go through the strainer as much I would like, I just scoop some out and then put in my juice.
