Q: When charging do all meds flash sequentially? And what does it do when full charge?

It does not flash - only one led shows... the picture is inaccurate .... The gage is actually worthless... Mine is hooked up and only the first or last led works... (It always shows either completely full or completely discharged) - run away... this is a terrible product. If you want a pretty light, buy it. But it does not indicate anything. Mine will show full at 12.8 - 13.5 VDC and it show fully discharged in the red at anything from 11.8 - 12.7 VDC ... worthless.

Q: Will this work with Lithium?

I am sure it will work with lithium batteries if the voltage is in range. Lithium batteries have a different decay curve than lead acid. No expert but my guess it will show fully charged then when it gets deeply discharged it will drop off real quick.these gauges are really just a volt meter. I like it on my golf cart but wish it showed a digital volt reading instead of a colored light sequence Good luck
