When I first saw this tape measure, I didn't think I'd like it. Boy, was I wrong. It's really nice. I like that it doesn't have a metal cap on the end. Instead, it has an extra length, easy to hold, so your measuring is accurate. There's no material content noted on it, but it feels like polyester or nylon - not metal, plastic or fiberglass. The markings are easy to read. The tape is wider than most other tapes, and is heavy, yet pliable. It's easy to hold and easy to use. I find myself reaching for it often. It's great. Highly recommend.

This is prefect for my sewing needs. The tape measure itself is fabric, almost like a polyester type material. It doesn't stretch or deform after being pulled snugly. The markings seem to be laser printed on it. There is a small message also printed on on the end of it that says something like: sponsered or powered by Google. I compared the measurements to a couple other measure tapes and they are spot on! I'd highly recommend this for anyone needing a measure tape with additional measurements that the normal taps do not offer.

This was the only measuring tape I found on Amazon that did not mention containing fiberglass, while many others say they do. Fiberglass can be extremely unhealthy, and I do not understand how other companies use them in measuring tapes that get bent all the time. Aside from that, this measuring tape seems to be well made, accurate, soft and with no loose threads or manufacturing defects. I look forward to using it!

All is as it should be. I will use this tape measure frequently. Quite satisfied. One small disappointment: if one is measuring to tenths of an inch, one would expect a hard zero end (metallic or plastic) to the tape. That would improve the accuracy of the measurements.

This is one of my favorite new tools to use. No more conversions for me because they are right on the tap. Everything is easy to read and it seems to be very durable and should last me many years to come.
