Great product

Works very well. Use level 3 heat most of the time and it's plenty warm. I can typically get two 20 minute sessions per charge and charge time is around 3 hours from 25%. But other than the charge time the belt is great.

I really like this innovative infrared back wrap. It’s comfortable, battery operated, so you aren’t tied to a cord, & really feels great! Seems to work & give some relief to my back pain & easy to use daily.. The only downside is that the battery only lasts a couple of hours before it runs out of juice & then takes 3 hours to charge again. So, best to use it for short periods & then recharge.

Does exactly what you would expect but I love how light and small the belt itself is such that you barely know you're wearing it. They give you a pouch to house the batter which I found silly as it just makes the belt more bulky - instead, I put velcro on the back of the battery and it sticks to the belt perfectly. The battery will be the determining factor on how long it last with time but great purchase so far.

I was happy with this product until the charger stopped working after 5 weeks and now i cant contact the seller to get a replacement .

Seems to work well ... at first. Bought this in January, used it maybe three times since then. Now the battery says it is charged, but the power button on the battery does nothing. Stay away from this one unless you like buying replacement batteries.

Love this belt. The fit is perfect as it fits snugly underneath my clothes. Other belts can be so chunky. Love the battery, tells how much energy is left and especially love that you can purchase an additional battery for backup.

Bought this for my father who was going through way too many Robax thermal wraps for his bad back. I bought an extra battery too, so he always has one on standby. He says it’s hot enough and has no issues. Great that it is portable too so he is not tethered to a plug. Will see how well it lasts...

Product is comfortable to wear and not bulky. Battery gets about an hour of use at 75% setting and it's quite warm. Only owned for a short time so can't speak to durability.
