Yes they are but not too tight my 9 year old daughter is very comfortable in them.

No there is no stretch in them at all and really small fitting

Q: How thick is the material? Can you see through the material? Worried about giving sufficient coverage

I found that it wasn’t very good coverage. Thick ish material but when against skin you can see the colour beneath. Also there’s no elastic so it was very hard to get on and off. I would go for a different brand
