We have purchased LOGICO wire products for years and have always been happy with the product and recommended it to others. This Amazon purchase was fulfilled by the The Wires Zone. We buy in advance for our needs making sure to never run out. We received this order July 21st 2018 and only discovered the problem in October 2018. We notified The Wires Zone on November 3rd that we discovered a defect in the product in that 1 of the 6 wires was missing several strands. IN ONE OF THE WIRES (the yellow one) THERE ARE ONLY 2 STRANDS OF COPPER WHEN THERE SHOULD BE6 or7 (SEE PICS).The Wires Zone response was:"Sorry for the inconvenience but this order is out of policy" I get it... there are return policies however there are also appropriate exceptions especially in a manufacturing defect vs a product failure. It happens sometimes that manufacturing defects take time to uncover. While we found the defect in the first 25 feet, this is after all a 500 foot roll.How short sided of The Wires Zone to miss an opportunity to show good customer service... After all the product is produced by LOGICO that will no doubt gladly replace the defective roll. More than that, it is highly unlikely that I received the only defective roll.. there may be thousands and LOGICO knows it!
