Q: Do you wait for the “desert” camels to die of natural causes before their bodies are rendered?

That would be kind of like eating roadkill or waiting for fish to die before deciding it’s ok to eat them. Australia is renowned for having invasive species take over like rabbits and cane toads. If anyone found a use for the toads it would be amazing.

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?

I would put it in the refrigerater to keep it fresher. It doesnt say on the pkg to refrigerate it but it smelled and tasted stale w/o it.

Q: Does the Camel need to be killed to attain the fat? What happens to the rest of the camel?
