can I open the capsule?

It is easier to bite the capsule rather than pry it open. They are really stuck well together and if you manage to pry it open, the liquid will get all over your fingers but it is easy to just bite the capsule in your mouth and the liquid will easily squirt out in your mouth. Then you can spit out the capsule.
