Good durable tape measure but take note it's a little heavy

I started using this 8 months ago at a new QC job. This tape gets used all day 5-6 days a week. It’s been very good for the abuse I put it though. It has finally started to wear out. I do long extended measurements. And now it will extend to about 10’. But over all has worked great.

superb. I've owned half a dozen different measuring tapes in my lifetime. this is by far the best one I've ever owned, even just a few days into ownership. things that stand out from past met measuring tapes I've owned, the edges of the tape are completely blunt, no feeling of sharpness at all. extremely smooth extension and retraction, best I've experienced. The mechanism for locking the tape in place doesn't push or pull in the least bit, that pretty much every other tint measure I've owned has had a problem with. Large print is a plus for a legally blind person like myself. The double-sided nature is the first time I've experienced and I find a very helpful. this is my first purchase with this brand, I find the tactical aesthetic very pleasing. I hope this brand expands its lineup into other categories, such as tool boxes, utility belt among other categories. a long summary short, a measuring tape to rule them all.

As soon as I opened it up, I extended it out, and it kept collapsing in the 10ft range. I did it as slow as possible and it still collapsed at around 11.5 ft and created a very bad, deep, permanent wrinkle. False advertising. Also way too heavy for a 35footer

Perfect tape miser for daily use well built.Heavy duty construction

Alright so the simple, it works good, its clear and easy to read, and its double sided but is overpriced compared to big box brands. Digging in depth a bit further the tape is very clear and it is accurate compared to my Milwaukee measuring tape. The tape it self is easy to use and pull out along with a good recoiling system that sucks the tape back in easily and smoothly. The belt clip is alright it is a bit loose and relies on a plastic tab to stay in place and not rotate which already broke which is disappointing. The locking mechanism works and is easy to switch between lock and unlock to hold the tape in place. The tape is also solid and resistant to damage and breaks measurements down to 8ths which is a nice addition that can make it easy for every day DIYers and non professionals to read. Now for the bad, as stated earlier the clip is held in place by a plastic tab that is easily broke. The tool is overpriced compared to big box brands that are well known at your local hardware store that offer the same double sided and 35' tape. Finally after taking all that into consideration this is still a good product that offers a lifetime warranty and also contributes 3% of proceeds to vets and first responders which makes the price okay with me.

Initially really good, feels durable, tape had range before bending, and the magnet was strong. Fast forward a couple of months and the tape grabs when sliding back in and the magnet is just a decoration. It gets the job done alright but the magnet is probably the biggest let down, a cheap craftsmen has a stronger magnet in my opinion.
