I have bought Ginger Delights in the past and have enjoyed them. But decided to try this one because it was called spicy ginger. Not sure why there isn't much ginger taste since it is basically ginger ingredients and sugar. I guess the ratio isn't quite right. It isn't awful but I was hoping for more. It will last a long time because I won't want to take them too often. I also like ginger for any upset stomach or overeating sometimes etc. It should help with that but don't buy it for the ginger taste as you will be disappointed.
