This push-ups board is awesome. It's made very well and it is durable / sturdy. I love that the handles can be stored inside the board itself. Assembly is simple, even with all the attachments and included accessories, maximizing on versatility and performance. It's lightweight and portable. I love all the different push-up and exercise options.

Purchased this for my son to use in his dorm room at college. He has been using it daily as he is trying to stay in shape when he cannot get into the gym. It is high quality and great total upper body workout.

As a whole, a fine at home workout that you can even travel with. The board is nice and sturdy. All the pieces were accounted for and in good condition. The only critique I have for this is I feel like the roller wheel could do better with shorter handles. I suppose for beginners having the double roller wheel across the entire pilates bar isn't a bad idea. However for more experienced people that prefer using a single wheel, the long handles make it a bit awkward. Also I feel like the bands are a bit thin and fear they might break after not too many uses. I've only had it for a month and so far so good but I can't say I don't worry when doing some exercises. Other than that overall a good at home/travel workout set.

An Amazing gift!!

Jump rope broke before I could even use it, the board feels cheaply made overall

Definetly a great way to get into shape and this item has tons of options definetly worth the money

Very impressed with this exercise set - now I can get a quick workout done in 5 min and has changed my life. Included a picture of all that it comes with because I didn't even realize it came with the "door jam" attachment so the bands can even be used without the board. Not included in the picture is the exercise booklet/manual that also comes with. This board and resistance band combo is incredible. I've used others and this is just as good of quality as the others, but at a fraction of the price. Really easy to setup (basically just unfolding and putting in some rubber feet at the bottom of the board) and the push up handles are sturdy and stay snug in the board, but also can be easily moved to new spots. If you are trying to workout at home this product is a must!

I tried to use this for training, put some pressure on one side and it snapped in half, as per the picture I would appreciate a refund
