We bought this to bring along on a camping trip that included a couple winery visits to help keep kids entertained while the adults were socializing. Not only did the kids have a great time, but the quality really impressed us. The mat was thick and laid even, even on an uneven picnic table. The curling stones were heavy and seemed well made - they survived several tumbles off the end of the table from an elevated patio onto gravel without any broken pieces. The kids would have loved a full set of 10 bowling pins, but they did have fun with the six that were provided. The whimsy of the illustrations on the mat inspired improvised games of trying to get stones in/on other locations than just the target. Entertained a 13 year old, 9 year old, and 5 year old as well as several adults. All-in-all, this was a good buy and something we will likely keep in the camper moving forward.

I absolutely love this game! Not only is it fun, but it has a quality feel from the mat, to the gam pieces. The mat material is similar to a computer mouse pad. I believe it is slightly magnetic as well. The bowling pins are my least favorite part, although playing with them is just as much fun, they definitely feel more generic than the rest of the game pieces. The magnetic pucks or stones you use to knock down the pins, or slide to the target mark kind of resemble an ice hockey puck, but with a magnetic ball underneath. They are small, but easy to use and slide. To play on the side opposite of the bowling pins, you simply slide your pucks down the game mat , and aim for the numbers on the target of the opposing side. You are not supposed to pass the start line when sliding, and must release before the start line. This game requires a bit of math, as you must tally your scores. The bowling side, my husband and children love! The pins stick up quite well without falling - as they are magnetic as well. This makes the game that much more fun because you aren’t constantly resetting the pins after bumping the table. It almost feels like you are really bowling. The pins can even bounce back up at times, making it an interesting game. I do wish the pins were a tad bit bigger, and a tad bit heavier like the pucks are, but regardless the game is a lot of fun!

I played these with 3 other people and everyone really enjoyed them. They were easy to set up and the foam mat is of a good weight with a smooth, crease-free surface. The roller balls glided across the board with a gentle push and the pins were well balanced for fair play. The box is sturdy and holds all of the components securely. Looking forward to playing again soon.

This is a really fun curling set. I like that it has two different sides that create a whole new look to the game. My kids and I have had a blast playing it. It comes with everything you need inside the box. It’s also a very simple and easy game for kids of all ages to understand.

The only weird thing about it was that it didn't come with a ball for the bowling pins, but we just used one of the little curling pieces to bowl with and it worked perfectly! The double sided mat is like a really high quality mouse pad or desk blotter made with super smooth and sturdy fabric that's double stitched around the perimeter for more durability. It's a fun little family game or for anyone who plays shuffleboard. The curling pieces move very well on the mat, and slide with ease and precision. We loved this set, and highly recommend it!

Love shuffleboard full size. I was looking for something that could be played in home during those snowy and rainy days with the kiddos. This fits the bill and is a lot of fun. I would recommend for those looking for something physical you can do instead sitting behind the boob tube.
