Q: What is the difference between bb all-purpose flour mix, and the pancake/biscuit mix?

I'm not sure what is in the pancake/biscuit mix, but the difference would be the same as comparing any plain flour to any pancake mix (or something like Bisquick)

Q: Does this make one batch or multiple?

It makes one 9 x 13 or 2 round pans, 8 or 9 inches. I'm not sure how many cupcakes
