These rock candy sticks are lovely, especially in a cup of Earl Grey tea.

Great quality, fantastic product. Some boxes have visible saffron strings some don’t. Someone else was complaining that the strings would get “Stuck in their teeth.” That doesn’t even happen and if it did that wouldn’t be a problem at all It’s totally retarded to say that It’s real saffron strings

When I was a child (seemingly a million years ago!), my mum introduced me to saffron candy - it was her favourite. The flavour was wonderful. I have only seen saffron candy a few times over the intervening decades. So, when I saw this, I jumped at the chance to re-live the wonderful subtle flavour! Mmmm....so good! The nice thing about this candy is that it does not use glucose - which is a derivitive of wheat manufacturing - people with gluten sensitivies or gluten intolerance (such as myself) can enjoy this awesome candy with no fear of getting ill.

The yellow appears to be a dye and I haven’t seen any saffron like the product is advertised
