Does exactly what it should. No messing about, no leaking, and the clip neatly protects the nozzle.

Clever Kit, which mates better than the plastic tips on lighter gas refill cans.
I bought mine, elsewhere, years ago, and still use it refill multiple lighters and gas soldering irons. The tip seemed excellent, because no, or far less, gas leaked from it during filling, than from the plastic tips of lighter gas refill cans The sprung movable rectangular metal loop on top, both protects the tip and can be use to hang it on something it on something, like a cord, a spring-section covered-hook, or a key ring.

Game changer, ingenious wee thing, fills my soto lighter in seconds from my hiking gas canister, removes any worry of "running dry" and no more "emergency" bic lighters in every conceivable pocket/ditty bags on multi day hikes. Beware of the wire guard, the "spring" on it nips if your messing about....

Suto gas fill valve
Perfect for filling my suto lighter

Its OK, works as intended, but Soto gas lighter didn't work as well with Iso Butane gas mix....
Well made little piece of kit, but the Soto Lighter I filled with Iso Butane from my trekking canister did not perform as well compared to utilising dedicated Lighter Gas in colder conditions - good to get you out of a sticky situation, but otherwise, I will be sticking with regular gas - which makes this a little redundant really....

Cet adapteur va très bien sûr tout les produits SOTO briquets et chalumeau et brûleurs. Mais à la condition d'utiliser des bouteilles de recharge très grande . Si l'on utilise une petite bouteille de gaz liquide moins de 500 ml cet adapteur ne sert à rien car les petit flaconnage se branchent directement sur le briquet à recharger.

I bought this along with a SOTO flame igniter, for refilling from common iso-butane cannisters used with hiking stoves. It works great! SOTO products overall are very well designed and manufactured (in Japan, not China), and this one is no exception. It fills a very niche need, but does it with great design and elegance. Recommended
