Outstanding quality and customer service.
The media could not be loaded. There was an issue with my watch when first ordered but the customer service I received from the employees overshadows this minor problem by far. They completely fixed the issue with in less then two days. With that being said the watch is top quality, looks even better in person. I just suggest that when you remove the links you be very careful because it’s not like a regular metal watch it’s slightly more delicate. Overall I’m am truly satisfied with my watch and whenever I desire another watch this is the company I will come to no doubt.

I read the reviews and it saying that it was hard taking out the links but I didn't have that hard of a time. It did arrive with the watch al readying working but its keeping time and ive had it for about a month now and its going good. Got lots of compliments on it. I forget I'm wearing it. I would say that yes buy this watch

Needs improvements.
At first everything looked nice but after only wearing it 2 times the watch broke and when I mean broke the entire casing cracked and the band can no longer stay on. I am so careful with my watches since I collect them and knowing this one was out of wood I was especially careful.

Great conversation starter
Showed up promptly, included a tool to adjust the band wich was very helpfull. Looks great and is a fantastic conversation starter. Avoid getting it wet if possible as it is made from wood and is prone to swelling or fetigue. One of my links cracked from that but with the spares i had from adjusting that was an easy fix

This watch is super awesome. I love the box it comes in. Super helpful they send you a tool to take out some links. Can’t wait to give this to my husband for our 1 year. He has another wood watch and always gets compliments on it. Shipping was super quick. Thanks for the great product!

Horrible customer service-easily breakable
This watch is SO temperamental and if it’s the wrong size it breaks when removing links. I tried to contact seller and was told use kit and watch a YouTube video of how to. Horrible customer service!

Love this wooden watch. The links on the band are very easy to adjust, making the perfect fit. The face of the watch really stands out and is easy to read the time. Very durable and very well made. Love it.
