So let me start out by saying that this case met my expectations. It is as protective as the others I have. For you first time buyers. This case (at lease for me) gives me the advantage of quasi one handed useable. I “wear” the iPad on my left hand hand use my right to operate. When I’m not using the iPad it’s with me all the time, strapped to my left hand. Awesome! Now for the surprise. Who ever measured this one out only counted on the old 32 pin recharge cable. My iPad (Gen2) uses a lighting. The plastic opening was just a hair too small to allow a lighting connector to be fully seated. I filed the plastic opening just a little, and all works well now. Obviously this was not tested with a lightning cable, therefore 4 stars

This is the second of these protectors that I have purchased, so they of accept quality. I bought it for my developmentally disabled daughter who uses an iPad for both communication and entertainment. The problem, is the reason I needed to buy another protector, was that The carrying strap is connected to the rubber part of the protector. Eventually, the rubber wears out, and the connection fails. We repositioned the connector two different times to the original case, until there were no more access points available. That was when it was necessary to replace it. Protectors for newer iPad versions have addressed this, but my daughter would not benefit from a newer device.

I have owned all kinds of cases including Otter, Ballistic, and others. The problem with them is they don't have all these features, they are usually more expensive, and the warranty isn't that great.This is an excellent case. It is very sturdy and good quality materials for a reasonable price. Most cases do not have a handle, stand, and strap on them and they make it so much easier to use. I received the red TSQ case promptly. I didn't realize my grandson's iPad was an Air 2 until I received the case. That's on me because I didn't check the model number first, I went by the 2 only. I still tried it. I didn't have any trouble installing it, but then it is very easy. It didn't fit tight on the sides so I contacted the owner, who took a personal interest, and he said he would ship me the correct model, an Air 2 case. I recommend this seller for a really great product and conscientious customer service. If your not willing to work with him that's on you. The case fit the tablet like a glove. All the ports were accessible as well as the power and volume control buttons. This is a well thought out product from the manufacturers. The rotating stand makes it easy to set the tablet on a desk in either portrait or landscape mode without it falling over. It also makes it easier to hold in any mode with that palm strap on the stand. I was a bit wary as I was putting the silicone sleeve on, because I thought it was too big at first. Once it's on and everything is laid out, it surprisingly fit perfectly, providing protection all around the tablet. I did not need the neck strap that came with it, so I easily removed the clips that came attached to the case. I would definitely recommend this product.Update', after using the product on my iPad for a few days, it was time to recharge the batteries. Unfortunately that is where I found a problem. The charging cable was being blocked by the case itself . Very frustrating. I had to shave the area down with a sharp blade, and even then it was a tight fit. That's the only negative thing I've seen top date. I hope this helps.

I just received this so haven’t used it long. It is much sturdier than I expected for the price. My only hesitation was that there is no screen protector. But none of the others like this had a screen protector either. Keep reading. The rubber sections at the corners are quite substantial and I imagine will provide adequate protection in case of drops. The Velcro of the hand strap takes a bit of effort to release making it unlikely to come loose when I don’t want it too. The kickstand locks into place securely. I don’t see it collapsing while I’m trying to use it. It was easy to get my iPad loaded into it yet doesn’t separate while I’m using it. It is exactly as advertised and arrived quickly. My biggest surprise was that there was a card enclosed to receive a free glass screen protector. It simply said to contact an email address. I thought it rather vague and didn’t expect anything to come of it, but since that was my only qualm about ordering, gave it a try anyway. I got a very quick reply with instructions on how to claim the screen protector. As I said I have just received this but so far I am very pleased with both the case and the company. I will be making a note of their name to look for them the next time I need a case.

It is a very well made case besides having to remove the case to charge device(which is a pain)
