With my work and hobbies I often find myself in need for endoscope camera to get into hard to reach and tight spaces in computer, engines and other mechanical based machines and the endoscope I had prior to this unit just wasn't cutting it in terms of quality.The unit arrived safe and sound and well packaged in it's box. Inside the box you receive the endoscope camera itself plus a instruction manual, USB cable for charging the camera and several hook like attachments which while I doubt I will ever use myself would be very handy for hooking lost items in hard to reach areas.I was up and running very quickly on my Samsung phone by following the easy to use instructional manual and downloading the correct app from the Google Play store (according to the manual there is also a iPhone / iPad app also available).Almost immediately I could tell this unit was a sufficient upgrade from my previous model first of all is the excellent build quality of the unit itself which doesn't twist or make noise when handled roughly. The unit also claims to be waterproof and while I have yet to properly test this the limited tests I did in my bathroom sink with the camera part (not the body) this seems to be indeed the case. Connecting the unit to my phone was quick and easy and the video quality is excellent with a nice, bright and detailed image produced by the camera.So all in a excellent buy and I am very pleased with the endoscope and would recommend for anyone that needs one.

Slim width, all steel tools, wireless.The endoscope's easy to set up - connect to the WiFi point it makes, and open the "HD WiFi" program. The endoscope starts streaming automatically to your phone - you don't need to do anything more to view the camera.You can set the resolution of the photos or video before you start your examination using the program, and then take photos, and videos of what you're viewing by touching the on-screen video-record and photo buttons.The cameras focus range is fixed, and it's clearest in the range of 4.5mm to 100mm (roughly 5cm to 10cm).Though you CAN see things further away than this due to the lens being almost "pin-hole" sized, which means nothing truly goes completely out of focus. Even at infinity.The controls on the endoscope are simple - an on and off switch, and 3 levels of LED brightness, Off, dim, and bright.The endoscope cable is stiff but bendy - 5 inches or so is able to entirely support its own weight so that you can easily push the cable up wide pipes without it buckling and falling back down.I get the diameter of the THICKEST part of the endoscope to be EXACTLY 5.485mm without any attachment, or cover ring. With the protective cover ring over the thread - this goes up to about 6mm. This is the thinnest camera I've seen so far on Amazon!There are three attachments that come with the endoscope - ALL steel.To fit them, you unscrew the flat sheath that's protecting the camera thread, and then gently screw the tool on. Ensure the tool is positioned straight so so you don't damage the thread when screwing it on.The tools are:1: A glass 45 degree angle mirror.2: A hook - with a cutting edge.3: A strong neodymium magnet.The hook and the magnet are positioned at the focus point of the camera so the image is clearest when the object you are interested in is just at the tip of the tools.The hook has a sharp edge on one side, which can be used by hooking it around a cable and pulling gently. I'm sure you can "modify" it slightly to increase the sharpness for harder to cut cables. (wrapping string around it will turn it into a gentle hook for lifting keys out of grids and such...)When you're not using a tool, there's a little sheath that screws on to the camera thread to keep it clean and free of damage.Remove it before you try screwing the tools on!I love this endoscope - it's already come in very handy for my projects, and I'm sure will continue to do so.A: The cordless WiFi endoscope comes wound with re-useable velcro fasteners to tidy it away.B: The three tools, 45 degree glass mirror, sharp hook, and strong pickup magnet,the camera , and the camera's threads protective sheath.C: The camera fitted with the mirror tool.D: The cable stretched out along the floor.E: The camera on a door mat.F: The camera looking inside the Earth socket of a standard house power plug.G: The hook/cutting tool getting into position on a cable.H: The hook/cutting tool up in the air - showing the rooms bookcase behind it - which is mostly in focus too!I: The camera width - confirmed at 5.48mm along its entire length.J: The endoscope wrapped back up after looking at it.K: The WiFi unit - showing the micro USB B charging socket, on/off switch, and brightness button.L: The wire is STIFF, you can bend it in a direction and it stays in place.

Up and running very quickly with iphone x - connects quick and app is responsive.image a little low resolution - could not see any difference between the 640x480 and 1920x1280 on live video.White led's have two brightness levels, not much difference between them and there is an led 'off' function which is also handy too.Colours are okay but a little washed out with the led illumination.Overall image quality is 3 out of 5.Semi flex cable is excellent.Size of camera head is very small at 5.5mm and is perfect to get into very small holes for inspection.Photo capture and video capture work as expected.Like the rotate option on the screen too - very handy as it can be disorientating at first to operate the camera.I would say an enhancement to rotation would be to rotate 0-360 rather than in 90 degree steps and have a zoom feature on screen too.Great little device, perfect for what I wanted.Instruction manual English needs a little improvement.

I guess that for the price is ok,I was expecting to macro autofocus?as soon as you get to close is no longer in focus.therefore the closes you can get to an object is between 3-5cmI need to get close as 3-5mmwill keep looking for that endoscope that can auto zoom or macro

Found this extremely easy to set up and use, downloaded the app and the endoscope paired right away with the details supplied in the manual. Changed the SSID and Password and straight away the device showed up with its new details and connected perfectly. The build quality is fantastic and solidly built. This will come in very handy for checking out blockages, retrieving keys or other metal objects dropped down drains or what not and checking engine internals without the need to strip everything right down. This can be very useful and well worth having around. Anyone looking to buy one of these I highly recommend this one!

The app which the camera runs through only has two resolution options - 640 x 480 and 1280 x 720. There is no 1920x1080 as the product description claims. Also, switching to 1280 x 720 DOES NOT change the resolution that the camera shoots in as it stays on 640 x 480 when exported to a larger device. So, the product description is misleading an the app doesn't work. Would not recomend.

I used this as a wiring technician to look inside walls and tight spaces where I couldn't fit myself. It's honestly a game-changer. Fluke has a similar thing with its own screen but it's hundreds of dollars and the knock-offs have bad reviews. This thing isn't perfect but what I love is that it's wireless and links to my phone. I can put the hook attachment on, stick it way up a wall, hook a cable, and gently pull it down. You don't want to put any serious strain on it i'm sure but I've been using it for years now. The picture isn't perfect but i mean it's a pinhole camera so all things considered it's pretty great for the price.

Da verificare nel tempo...Dopo qualche anno aggiungo una stella per... meriti al lavoro. Ottimo, affidabile e ben utilizzabile. Con un minimo di manualità offre l'opportunità di uno strumento di facile utilizzo ed indispensabile per le emergenze edili, meccaniche ed idrauliche... e per il recupero dei più disparati oggetti finiti in tombini o fessure.

Simple d'utilisation, le petit diamètre de l'endoscope de 5,5mm avec éclairage led, le câble semi rigide et la liaison wifi rendent cet appareil autonome et très utile pour l'inspection que ce soit de la bougie de chauffage de mon poêle à pellets où il est impossible d'en connaître son état sinon par démontage, de la quantité de cendres dans son conduit d'évacuation des fumées totalement impraticable d'accès ou de lire une référence sur une pièce moteur sans démontage également.Pleinement satisfait , de bonne résolution avec possibilité de filmer et de photographier via son logiciel. Haben uns ein Endoskop zugelegt, da wir schon häufiger mal Fotos von unzugänglichen Stellen benötigen ,z.B. Motorradtank, Zylinder, Elktrogeräte , Abwasserrohre etc..Endlich kommt man mal an die Stellen bzw. in die Ecken wo man sonst gar nicht, oder nur sehr schwer ran kommt. Es gibt die vielfältigsten Anwendungsbereiche.
