Very good heater. Looks great on the wall. Easy to fit, simple temperature control functions. Early signs indicate that it is energy efficient.

Physically installing these were easy, replacing much bigger and heavier storage heaters.As an engineer I would have liked to be able to replace cable supplied with longer one as existing power isn’t always located on the right hand side, this isn’t really possible.Only an issue with the larger sizes.Setting up the timer is complicated, but that is for the end user to read up on. Quick and even heat distribution, I believe these to be a better option than storage heaters as long as there is a permanent supply to feed them during the day.

The heater itself is very good, but the instructions are woeful. Impossible to tell how to programme it from the written instructions - I had to find a video on Youtube and then view it about six times before setting up the timer and even now I've only done the most basic thing. It has more sophisticated functions, but its not worth the effort of finding out how to use them. Having said that, the heater does exactly what it claims to do and turns on and off at selected times, keeping the room at a steady temperature meantime.

Arrived very quickly and as advertised. We had an unobtrusive spot to install this heater and it does the job very well, heating our 6m by 3.5m lounge very effectively. The instructions took a while to work out, but with the help of reading some Amazon reviews I have fitted it through a standard UK plug and socket. The fourth wire is for demand from a separate thermostat and is not needed in our setup, so it was cut short and insulated. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice heater, easy to use but stopped working within 9 months, so having to purchase another one and get in an electrician at £80 to fit this as it needs to be hard wired - not impressed

It looks great and kicks out plenty of heat considering its size.It’s so easy to install and removal for decorating couldn’t be easier.I’m sure the controller works well but I didn’t have the patience to set it up properly, not intuitive, but the thermostat seems fairly reliable temperature wise.It looks smart and is great value for money.It’s worth noting that the surface gets quite hot to touch so it may not be suitable if you have small children.

Very good heaters except the heating element is crackling. Trouble shooting it, the first thing google came up with is that is that the wall is uneven or is too tight on the wall. I have adjusted them and removed them, but the noise was persistent. I actually had to buy a thermal grease that I applied where the metal is touching the metal as it expands to stop the noise. It is really annoying specially at night time as it bangs. I have a few dotted around the house and all of them have the bangs/crackles, so is definitely a design flaw.

Really Really Pleased 💕 with these two purchases. (0.75kw & 1kw) Easy to install, now just need to read the programing instructions. Ordered the 0.75Kw heater first for the shower room absolutely fine. Purchased a second heater 💕 for the conservatory now we have removed both air conditioning units. So folks in a word "Recommended " Gordon 🇬🇧 (Senior Engineer) Sissi 🇨🇳.. maybe should have ordered a 2kw for the conservatory.. but it's fine!!
