Worth the extra few quid

It’s Mirka, so it works as you’d expect. Very sharp, solid blade that removes paint cleanly and feels properly made. Not cheap, but you’re paying for consistent quality, and it shows.

This has been an absolute godsend for doing paint touch-up on my cars - it's brilliant for cutting down the raised edges that invariably appear around stone chips and is also excellent for smoothing off the raised "blob" that remains after applying touch up paint. Just be sure to let the touch-up paint/lacquer fully harden first. I thought it seemed a bit pricey initially but it's honestly been worth every penny and once you get the hang of using it it's a far more convenient alternative to wet sanding the paint blobs/raised edges and also means you you're not cutting into the paint/top coat of the surrounding paintwork.
