Bluetooth will work for one controller only; with this dongle, you can connect up to 8 and use the controller's audio jacks.

It should be. I have Win 10, but tricky to set it up. I posted while back how I set mine up, so check my post if you have issue with set up.

Can you use this for steam games theat dont have controller support

as of a couple years ago steam now has its own support for any controller and you can now remap in steam itself
