I got this in preparation for a new baby and haven't had the chance to use it. So this review is based on the product itself. Overall it looks sturdy and well-built. Here are some general thoughts: - You can tell from the pictures, but it is meant for babies that can hold themselves up. It will be a little while before I get to use it. I like to prep for the future so I got it a bit early. - You can see this in the picture, but the arms have a seam. The seam doesn't feel too rough, but I wonder if it would irritate a baby's skin when they move around. - Using it is simple. The arms tighten with individual buttons on the underside and the height can be adjusted easily at the base. - It came shipped well-protected. Similar to cookware, the cardboard was used to hold the two main pieces in place. This was a nice way of protecting each piece. Overall, I am happy with this and hope it lives up to expectation when I am able to use it.

This is a very nicely constructed product, even though it's all plastic - I wish the "raised borders" on the base were soft, because sometimes the child can fall in them. I used this for diaper changes and it works well as long as the child is occupied with something (they'll not simply stay in place without some distraction, so a great upgrade would be something that they can play with while "hugged".

This looked better than it is. My 7 month old can’t use it. It says it’s for babies but I beg to differ
