I have had a bad neck for years. This device does a really good job of stretching my neck. It's adjustments allow you to work towards getting a significant stretch. It has eased my headaches.

I found this very painful to use, and my neck actually suffered further injury from using it. My assessment is one that is specific for my case, since I have a condition where the most minor motion can tear my connective tissue and cause great pain.This might help someone who isn't me!

Isn't very sturdy

It is easy to use and a good price but it didn't work for me. I tried it out for a few weeks but It just wasnt effective. It isnt as comfortable as I expected it to be but maybe my head just doesn't line up properly.

I barely take the time to review but this works for me. I have own this for three years and my neck and head pain has gotten better. My neurologist tried to put me in every medicine possible not only the side effects were horrifying but did nothing for my permanent headache. Every time a headache pops in I lay down with this and it completely relaxes my head and neck muscles. Would buy again and again
