For hip bursitis, degenerative disc disease etc. As well as compression wear, belts, socks etc. I'm afraid to say as yet I've found no miracle cure for pain, but this is a good all rounder, even to cooling burning feet caused by nerve damage, put on calves for restless legs etc. Oh yeah tried it all pretty much. Is so sad looking at reviews on ere, seeing so many people looking for the silver bullet/magic wand of pain relief. Everyone is wired diffently is true n what works for one might not for others. But this one as I say, as good as any n better than most, for me at least. This will not stop me from still trying to find the cure all believe me. Review: well packaged very good price

Sad to say this is just okay. A little goes a long way which is great but it does not give the cold relief I've had with other gels. Will use during the day but will have to buy a better version for nighttime.
